"Looks cool, but something feels off"
I really liked the look of it at first, but after using it a couple times, something just felt off. The hits were way harsher than I expected, and cleaning it got annoying quickly. I wanted to like it more, but it didn’t really work out for me.

"Cool pieces, but maybe a bit pricey"
I was browsing Mary Janes Arsenal they have some really nice-looking pieces. I could be overthinking it, but the prices were a little higher than I expected. Some of the items seemed totally fair, while others felt kind of steep for the size. It’s not a bad site at all, and I’d probably still keep an eye on it, but if I’m trying to save money, I’m not sure it’d be my first pick. I’d most likely wait for a sale or try to find a discount code before ordering.

The order did eventually go through, so that’s nice, I guess. It just took longer to process than I expected, which wasn’t exactly ideal when I was hoping things would move along a bit faster. Not the end of the world, but definitely not a speedy experience.

"Took longer than I wanted, but got sorted out"
I had a problem with my order i wasn’t expecting much from customer service because I’ve been burned before. It did take longer than I would’ve liked, but to be fair, they eventually got back to me and fixed the issue. Not a perfect experience, but it worked out in the end.

"I really wanted to like this more..."
I really wanted to like this more, so maybe I’m missing something, but the flavor just didn’t hold up for me. The first few hits were decent, then it started tasting kind of flat and got a little harsh faster than I expected. It does look nice and it’s simple to use, so no complaints there. I just care a lot about taste, and for the price, I expected it to preserve the flavor better. Not awful, just didn’t really live up to what I was hoping for.

I ordered from MJ Arsenal the whole process was easy. The website was simple to use, checkout didn’t give me any trouble, and the product info was clear enough without being overcomplicated. I ordered from MJ Arsenal and, by my standards, it was definitely worth what I paid. I’d looked around at a few other sites first, and their prices seemed reasonable in comparison. The piece actually felt a little nicer than I was expecting, which was a nice surprise. Shipping was totally fine too, nothing super fast or dramatic, but no issues either. I’m picky about not overpaying for stuff like this, and this didn’t feel overpriced at all. I’d order from them again if I needed another setup

The site works fine for the most part, but the design feels a little cluttered and dark. Some of the product pages look nice, but overall it’s not the easiest on the eyes and doesn’t feel very clean to browse. I also got a bit frustrated when certain things seemed to be explained away as “policy” instead of actually being improved or made clearer. A simpler layout and a cleaner design would make the whole experience much better

"Looks good, but wasn't for me"
It looks really nice, but the hits weren’t as smooth as I expected. After a few pulls it started feeling harsh, and I just wasn’t in the mood to deal with that. I was already feeling mentally drained, so it kind of turned me off even more. Not really for me.
